4. Dual-channel processing is equipped with 4 spindle heads and two independent 3-axis control systems. Dual heads work simultaneously to greatly raise productivity.

5. Laser cutting processes holes and grooves on rear surfaces of profiles. The laser head supports servo focusing to fit profiles of different cross-sections.

6. Laser marking finishes mullion positioning marking on front and rear end faces of profiles.

7. Angular sawing allows arbitrary angle cutting from 45° to 90° and 135° at both ends of profiles.

8. Drilling, milling and laser cutting can machine mounting holes, pin holes, glue injection holes, regular and invisible drainage holes, floor-type drainage grooves, handle holes, sash C-groove trimming, lock box grooves, sliding support clearance holes, hinge holes and anti-fall holes.

9. Laser marking accurately marks mullion positioning signs on front and rear end faces of profiles.

10. The device is fitted with automatic barcode and QR code printing and pasting unit for automatic profile labeling.
