6. 4 spindle motors are driven by 7 servo motors and servo drivers for milling & drilling processing.

7.The 2-axis saw unit can cut profile with cross-section of 200*160 or 160*200 mm

8. 550mm diameter saw blade controlled by the servomotor rotated at 360 degree for flexible cutting requirement.

9. Off-loading unit is controlled by servo motor-controlled gripper with gently pulling out and positioned, even for super short size profile.

10.Can print the bar code on production, easy for production management.

11.The pneumatic-electric protective devices and mechanical protective devices ensure the safety in production.

12.Waste collection: equipped with automatic chip removal machine, automatic collection of processing waste, and the site is tidier.

13. Fully covered cabinet to assure less working noise and tidy working area. Internal 360 degree camera and external display assist operator monitoring working actual working.
