The welding of PVC-U profiles is done with standard welding machines. For this technique, industry has developed a series of machines with different modes of operation, such as single head welding machine, two head welding machine, three head welding machine, four head welding machine, three angle welding machine, four point welding machine, multi layer welding machine, seamless welding machine, shape welding machine and etc. The single head welding machine can make 0°~180°welding. The four point welding machine is used for welding of rectangle frames and sashes. The multi-head welding machine is also used for welding of mullion and beams. The seamless welding machine is specially used for welding of co-extruded profiles.
